I still remember the morning I opened my laptop and felt sick.
Not burnout-sick.
Not overworked-sick.
Sick because I knew (deep in my gut) that I was about to spend another day,
running a business that looked impressive…
…but made me miserable.
It was a $3M+ online business.
We were growing.
Team expanding.
Cash coming in.
And I hated it.
Not because I didn’t care.
But because I was building the wrong thing.
Now, this isn’t the kind of thing I’m proud to share.
In fact, it’s kind of embarrassing.
I screwed up.
I built a business that looked like a win from the outside… and felt like hell on the inside.
And burning it down wasn’t just emotional,
it was very expensive.
I lost time, energy, peace, and a lot of money.
But that’s exactly why I have to share this.
So you don’t make the same mistake.
So you don’t lose sleep wondering how it all got so complicated.
And so you don’t waste years lighting money on fire building something that doesn’t actually serve your life.
I was up at 5AM, working late, doing what I thought was required to lead from the front.
But somewhere between the Slack pings and endless client deliverables,
I’d built a business that didn’t leave room for my actual life.
I’d become a prisoner of the very thing I created.
Every success just meant more weight.
Every “win” pushed me further from my kids, my wife, my peace.
And I couldn’t keep pretending it was working.
So I did the thing you’re not supposed to do.
I burnt it down.
Not because I couldn’t make it work.
But because I finally got honest about what I actually wanted.
Over the past few years, I’ve quietly sat behind the scenes of dozens of coaching, consulting, and online education businesses—spanning six to nine figures.
Not as a fanboy.
As the operator they trusted when things got messy.
And here’s what I learned:
There are only two types of coaching businesses.
- High Profit, Low Stress
- High Stress, Low Margin

The first category? Rare.
Usually run by someone who’s clear on what actually matters.
Simple offer.
Tiny team.
Sales system that works while they’re offline.
Clients get results.
They get their life back.
The second category? Everywhere.
Looks good online.
But under the hood?
Chaos.
Bloated teams.
Constant launch cycles. “Cashflow crunch” as a way of life.
The founder can’t take a real holiday without it all falling apart.
Revenue might be seven figures,
But profit? A joke.
And energy? Non-existent.
What’s wild is, the difference between the two isn’t talent.
It’s not working harder.
It’s model.
It’s the structure the business is built on.
And when you’ve seen enough of them,
when you’ve been in the rooms, built the dashboards, and heard the private confessions at 11pm Zoom calls,
you start to recognize the patterns.
One model gives you freedom.
The other owns you.
The Broken Model Most Coaches Are Still Running
Here’s the harsh truth most don’t want to hear:
If your business only works when you are working…
You don’t own a business.
You own a job,
With fancier branding and way more pressure.
And yet, this is the model most coaches are trapped in:
- A million-dollar-a-year offer that still depends on them taking every sales call
- Content machines that require a small army to keep up—and still don’t convert
- Funnels duct-taped together from five different software tools
- Constant reinvention—new programs, new pricing, new platforms
- Endless launches that spike revenue, but leave you feeling hungover and behind
It’s not your fault.
Most people only ever get taught this way of doing things.
But let me say this clearly:
Complexity is not a badge of honor.
It’s a sign the foundation is broken.
What’s worse is how sneaky it is.
You hit your first $10K/month and think, “This is amazing.”
Then $30K… $50K…
And yet you’re working more, not less.
You’ve got more expenses, more team, more responsibility (and less peace).
It feels like growth.
But it’s really just a bigger, shinier hamster wheel.
The truth is,
You can’t solve a broken model with more effort.
You need a better model.
One that:
- Brings in sales while you sleep
- Doesn’t require 100 DMs a day or 10 sales calls a week
- Keeps margins above 50%
- Gives you your time, peace, and presence back
Not just a system that scales.
A system that sets you free.
That’s what I had to figure out the hard way.
And now?
It’s the only kind of business I help build.
You Need a Model That Works.
If you’ve made it this far, you probably already feel it.
That quiet tension in your chest when you think about doing another year the way you did the last one.
That whisper saying: There has to be a better way.
And there is.
It’s not a fancier funnel.
And it sure as hell isn’t working harder.
It’s about building a business that actually aligns with the life you want.
Where $10K days are normal.
Where the system sells even when you’re not online.
Where your team is small, profit is high,
and peace isn’t a luxury,
it’s baked into the model.
I could keep writing about it.
But honestly, it’s easier to show you.
So I recorded a short video that walks you through how it all works.

This could be the clean break you’ve been needing.
And if you’re ready to stop scaling noise and start building something clean, quiet, and powerful… then welcome.
This is the start of your next chapter.
